Bringing your whole financial picture together.

Proudly serving individuals and small businesses throughout Central Vermont and Beyond

THE MOMENT YOU'RE IN

Your life took off. Your finances got complicated.

Decisions get made in isolation or don’t get made at all. Priorities blur. You sense there's a clearer way to run this, but you don't have time to build it.

That's the seat I fill: the one person who can see the whole picture.

What I do

I bring your whole business financial picture together: cash flow, structure, priorities, and the plan underneath them.

I can help you see how it all connects and help you decisions.

Advisory

A solid foundation

Most people arrive feeling like their finances are a tangle no one's ever going to sort out. Usually they're closer to order than they think — they've just never had someone map it.

We start by building the foundation: understanding what you've got, naming the priorities, and putting a structure in place you can actually stand on.

What you arrive with What you leave with

What I bring together

  • The financial priorities you should act on first — and the ones that can wait
  • A structure that fits how your business actually works
  • Cash flow you can read at a glance
  • Coordination with your current advisors, so the whole picture stays coherent
  • Tax preparation, if you'd like it handled here too — a bonus, not the main event

The Foundation engagement

Week 1

Gather

Statements, returns, whatever systems you're running, and an honest complete picture. Nothing needs to be tidy first.

Weeks 2–3

Map

I build the picture: where money comes from, where it goes, what's exposed, and which structures are working.

Week 4

Sit down

A working session — not a presentation. We go through what I found, and we sort the list into what's urgent, what's important, and what can wait.

Week 5

Hand over

A written plan you own: the priorities in sequence, the decisions still open, and the structure to keep it current. Yours whether or not we continue to work together.

What I'm looking at

E
Earnings

Where the money actually comes from, and whether it's built to keep coming.

N
Nervous system

How information reaches you — the books, the reporting, the signals that tell you something's wrong before it's expensive.

P
Projects

The things underway or waiting: the purchase, the hire, the move, the wind-down.

Q
Questions

What's genuinely unresolved. Usually the most valuable hour we spend.

If you're the kind of person who'd rather do it right than do it fast, we'll get along.
